For an official county FOIL submission, complete the county form and return it to Niagara County Legislature, Niagara County Courthouse, 175 Hawley St, Lockport NY 14094-2740. Name the Niagara County Sheriff's Office as the likely record holder and ask that the request be routed to the appropriate Records Access Officer.
